Having grown up on the doorstep of Woodlarks living in Farnham, I found Woodlarks at the age of 12 with no preconceptions, judgement or expectations other than camping in a field.
My professional career has enabled me to travel and engage within the corporate B2B and technology environment globally, focusing on driving efficiencies, GTM strategies and channel engagement. Therefore; Woodlarks for me, provides a route back to a more simplistic set of values encompassing friendships, equality and companionship via the variety of different camps and working parties I have had the opportunity to participate in during this time.
Woodlarks has shaped my life so much so, it is through camping each summer and rolling up my sleeves through each winter at working parties that I met my now wife; marrying in the ‘top field’ chapel in 2002 we share our daughter and 3 sons, all whom Woodlarks has had a positive lasting impact.
It is a privilege to represent Woodlarks as a part of its Management Committee helping to drive our core values and make Woodlarks the best version of itself for all those whose highlights of a year are to visit and enjoy camping at this remarkable place.
Outside of Woodlarks and my employment, I also enjoy being with my family exploring the outdoors; whether camping, on a river or a canal across the UK. I am an avid ‘DIYer’ embarking on building renovation projects and love to execute new skills I have learnt along the journey.
